What is the STALLED study?

STALLED is short for

‘What works to improve SafeTy, pAtient experience, outcomes and costs reLated to deLayed ambulance handovers at Emergency Departments? A whole system approach’.

We are aiming to find out what works to address ambulance handover delays at Emergency Departments.

This study is co-led by Swansea University and Cardiff University.
