What is STALLED?

STALLED is short for ‘What works to improve SafeTy, pAtient experience, outcomes and costs reLated to deLayed ambulance handovers at Emergency Departments? A whole system approach’.

We are aiming to find out what works to address ambulance handover delays at Emergency Departements?

This study is led by Swansea University and supported by Cardiff University.

Chief Investigators: Professor Deborah Fitzsimmons (Swansea University) and Professor Andrew Carson-Stevens (Cardiff University).
